The Impact Team consists of individuals in our churches who are engaged in ministry and in turn provide leadership in our Association in their field of ministry. Working within the Association provides a unique platform for ministry in our region. As a member of the Impact Team you will have the chance to serve more than 125 churches in our Association. One of the greatest resources the Association has to offer is the people in our churches.
Here's a sample of the types of ministry we would like to include in our team: Teaching people to read, helping rebuild homes after disasters, setting up block parties, coordinating sports tournaments, mentoring at risk kids, ministering to AIDS patients, assisting immigrants with relocation, feeding the hungry, clothing the indigent, addiction recovery ministries, ministry to prisoners and their families- these represent just a few of the varied ministries that we could include on our Impact Team. If God is stirring your heart to make a difference by reaching outside the walls of your church, and if you want to help others in our Association engage in a specific ministry....we want to talk with you.
Simply stated the BRKC Impact Team is a group of individuals in our Association who lead out in various outreach ministries among our churches. Our team leader is Loren Hutchinson, BRKC Associate Director.
