Resourcing Churches

Under the VISION 2020 goals, we will develop Resource Groups to assist churches in their ministries by June 1, 2010.

The concept behind these groups is one of helping churches with specific ministry needs and/or training. Volunteers from around the Association will be trained in different ministries of their choice and will stand ready to go to a church and assist with a ministry or train the church's people in how to do the ministry themselves.

By volunteering to be a part of a Resource Group, you are committing to helping sister churches whenever your schedule will allow and as requests come in. You may not be called for months, or you may receive an opportunity to help every few weeks. It will all depend on how often a church requests assistance in your area of expertise.

When a church requests help, we will do our best to fit the needs of the church within the schedules of the Resource Group members and find a time that is convenient for both. Pray about your involvement and complete the form below if you would like to offer your assistance as part of a BR-KC Resource Group.
